Reservations are confirmed once a deposit has been received.
A deposit of £20.00 per person per booking is required.
All accounts to be settled on arrival by Cheque to the limit of the cheque guarantee card or by Cash.
Rooms will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
For the comfort and safety of all our Guests the Roslyn is a Non-Smoking establishment throughout. If it is found you have smoked in the room you will be charged £100 for the deep cleaning of the room and be asked to leave the Hotel.
No refund will be given for late arrival, early departure or non attendance at Breakfast.
Deposits of £20.00 are non-returnable.
